Open Amazon and sign in to the account used for the purchase.

1. Go to Your Orders.
2. Find the ETCYY order you need help with.
3. Click Order Details (or open the order).
4. Select Get product support or Problem with order (wording may vary).
5. Choose the topic (size/fit, quality, return, refund, shipping, missing item).
6. Send a message through Amazon support so it’s linked to the order.
